Anthony Cass was always responsive to all phone calls and concerns that I had. I could call him anything. Also, Herman is the best! He went out of his way to check the installation and to talk to HOA president about stopped up drain pipe and landscaping issue in front of crawl space door which is the HOA's responsibiity. He is just the nicest person and willing to assist in any way to please customer.

Hello. My name is Anthony and I am the Production and Service Manager of Tar Heel Basement Systems. I have worked with this great company for nearly three years now. I began as a foreman, working with a great team installing several types of projects.

I grew up in Wilkes County, NC and moved to Boone shortly after high school. I have a wonderful wife and two children that keep me busy when I am not at work. I also love sports and am constantly cheering for my favorite team, Duke. (Even though I work at TAR HEEL Basement Systems)

My main goal is to make sure each one of our customers is 100% satisfied with our work. I even go and help out on some installs and don't mind 'getting my hands dirty' from time to time.
