This basement in Walkertown, NC had water leaking in through the walls and the gaps around the window. Tar Heel Basement Systems installed their EverLast Basement Window to replace the old rusted one that was allowing water intrusion. The EverLast Widow is made specifically for the basement environment, so it will never rot, rust, be eaten by termites or need to be painted. The end result is a much tighter, energy efficient window that looks great.

This home in Advance, NC had settling support columns and rotting floor joists. This was causing the structural integrity of the floors above to be compromised. Tar Heel Basement Systems installed (6) SmartJack stabilizers in the crawlspace in order to stabilize the beams and potentially lift the above floors back to level. The installation crew also encapsulated the crawlspace to ensure a dry, mold-free environment in down there.
