| Customer Comment: Everything about the job from the quote and summary details to the final bill was handled in a professional manner that is not common in the construction business. The initial proposal laid out the exact details of the problem, scope of the work and the price in a very easy to read document and schematic drawing. At each stage of the process the job supervisor called me to discuss the job stages and next steps. I must say in my 17 years of dealing with contractors I have never been treated with such concern and in such a polite manner over every job detail from the entire crew - and I mean everybody. My job was completed on time as promised and there were no surprises on the price either. The sump pump system works as promised and we now have a super dry basement.
