Worth every penny, very happy from start to finish. We opted for the complete crawl space encapsulation, moisture control, and floor leveling. When the work was done and we discovered that their original plan missed a key leveling issue, they promptly came back out and did the extra work at no charge to us. Our salesman Jay was never pushy and had the patience of an angel. Thank you to the crew including Victor, Brian, Austin, Christian, Malik, Robert and James for doing a fantastic job.

I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism and hard work that Adam Canter (lead), Tim Witherspoon and Ryan Oldman displayed. They worked well together to complete the job on time and above expectations. I was impressed with the systems but even more impressed with the way it was installed, the efforts to control the dust and the cleanup that occurred throughout the job. I would suggest you ask for this crew by name. I had the work quoted by others but there was no warranty included. I think the extra money spent was well worth the quality, warranty and included follow-up inspections. The lifting peer systems installed closed the cracks in the brick veneer on the length of 3 sides of the house as planned. I observed the installation of the wall braces and could see the immediate reduction in bowing of wall. Very happy with results.

Robert and Steven, James and Brandon all did a very good job with the basement waterproofing. Everything looks so good and they cleaned their scrap too. Can't wait for a damp free basement. Seth Brown, the inspector that gave us the quote was very nice too. I recommend Tar Heel Basement to anybody. Their staff is great.

Devin arrived on time (1200 noon) just like he said would. I was pleasantly surprised that the inspection included inside and around the outside of the home, as well as the crawl space. I'm glad that no major issues were found . I was impressed with his level of professionalism, as he went as far as to literally record his findings into a slide presentation. He even went as far as to seal around the door to the crawl space in an effort to ensure the possibility of water no longer pooling by the door. I'm very pleased that the encapsulation done by Tarheel Basement Systems is still holding firm. Devin showed me what Tarheel Basement Systems can do for me regarding insulation. Though I'm not ready to make this move now, Devin has given something me to think about.

We had some downspouts installed. I’ll admit the first work that was done was apparently done incorrectly by one of the installers because we had worse problems and the work in general is not what I expected. (Based on previous and unrelated work by the same company). However, once it was brought to the company’s attention they responded quickly and stood behind their commitment and returned to handle repairs correctly. So far we are pleased with the repaired work..esthetically. We will need some rain before I can speak to resolution success.

Tar Heel Basement Systems is a great company! Of course we all know a company is only as good as the people who represent it. And I must say, Jagwon and Stanley who installed my basement system clearly are proud of their product and of their company. These two men arrived on time, were extremely polite and courteous, worked hard and very fast to give me (the client) the best job possible. Jagmon spent the necessary time with me to answer all my questions and kept me in the loop so I knew what all the steps were and why they were important. My only regret is I only have one basement to do. But you can bet I will be telling my friends and neighbors where they must go for solving their basement issues…Tar Heel Basement Systems!

I went into this basement project a little nervous, it seemed like a big commitment to put this amount of trust into Tar Heel Basement Systems. We had a long term problem with water ponding in the crawl space underneath our home anytime it rained. We had multiple people come out to try and diagnose the source of the leak, but none of them were 100% certain. Tar Heel Basement Systems blew me away immediately. The inspector, Dave Brereton, came out and within 15 minutes had identified the root cause as well as a plan to fix it. A few weeks later, the crew came out and completed the job in under two days. The difference is unbelievable. From Dave to the install crew, this company knows their stuff and conducts themselves professionally. A great experience, and I encourage anyone with similar problems to give them a chance. Thank you Dave and crew!

I felt like a kid on Christmas morning when Felipe, Andres and Nestor finished my crawlspace! They were great and even let my son and I "help" with the process. We had 2 segments of work done: (1) adding piers to the front foundation of our house, and (2) adding a beam and some piers in the crawlspace to a center section of the house to better support some interior walls. We were very impressed by everyone at Tar Heel Basement Systems from beginning to end – from the initial analysis and proposal to the actual work to follow-up. John Reavis was very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable when he performed the initial site visit and put together a proposal for us. He was also very good about following up and communicating in general. Both crews who did the work were very confident, professional, and courteous. They really seemed like they knew what they were doing and took their time to make sure it was done right. They also were very good about communicating arrival times and progress on the 2 projects. Everyone we spoke with at the office was very helpful during the whole process. In particular, we had multiple interactions with Morgan about scheduling, arranging payment, and follow-up paperwork. We had some bad weather when the work was originally scheduled to be done, but everyone stayed in touch with us and made rescheduling easy. Tar Heel might be more expensive than some other options, but this is a case where you truly get what you pay for. We can't imagine anyone doing a better job.

Before leaving they had videos and pictures to show the crawl space improvement. These folks show up! There was very little time between the initial call and completion of the job.

These guys did an amazing job to my crawlspace. Austin Moody, John Noyola, Roy Ruiz, Johnathan Ruiz great team of guys! In and out in, they hustled and busted their tails to get the job done. Looks amazing under there now. Hardly knew they guys were here, weren't too loud and cleaned up the mess very well. I had many apprehensions about the job wondering if I made the right choice of contractors but when Juan S. and Alex S. rolled up to my house I was immediately blown away by their openness and politeness. They were genuinely honest in their accessment and actually told me that the treatment might not work and gave me choices of one was " no charge" and left with a smile which in turn gave me a little bit more of faith in humanity. Would recommend this company to my friends as well as anyone else.
