General Comments: We are very satisfied with the service provided. The installation crew were professional and very courteous. During the installation, the crew did a few extra things that really helped us. We'd specifically like to mention and thank Scott Hopkins (Service Technician/System Design Specialist) for his prompt response and help throughout (and after) the installation.
In addition to the general comments above, our customer was also given the opportunity to rate us in six key areas related to our performance as a company, from initial contact to final cleanup.
