First I met with Jeff about Crawlspace encapsulation. He discovered 2 rotten floor Joice. Replacement of those as well as encapsulation was very reasonable. They sent out Andy and Elijah who were very efficient and considerate. The other half of the space was an open basement area. The main front wall was so wet mortar was easing out. Jeff recommended a french drain with a pump. Edward and Jeremy were not only respectful but explained every step . Thank you Tarheel Basement Crew !!

Jared and Mike went above and beyond with our crawl space encapsulation! They installed a sump pump and dehumidifier, tackling a labor-intensive job with incredible patience and zero complaints. When they finished, I could hardly believe it was the same crawl space—it looked amazing! The project took about four days, with a long commute each way, yet their dedication never wavered. They even came back to install another door, working quickly and efficiently while delivering top-notch results once again. I contacted Tar Heel about a moldy nasty crawl space, Jay Yount came out to inspect and came up with a great plan to fix it. Was very knowledgeable and through with the inspection. They were quick to schedule the work. Luke Evans, Julian Bruno, Jonathan Ruiz did exactly what they said they would do, a great job. Everyone was on time and worked very hard. I have no complaints about the whole process, very happy with the price and the results. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

After an annual maintenance service of our crawl space encapsulation and at the suggestion of Grant we decided to move forward with a plan to stabilize an area of our foundation that was weakened for some time. Tyree and Christian came out two days later to install beams and jacks to secure that part of the foundation. Tyree explained everything that was going to happen, what it would do to stabilize the foundation, and how long it would take. Everything went very smoothly and I went into the crawlspace to inspect the work and learn how the system would add support to the foundation. Tyree explained in terms I could understand. Both men were professional and finished in the time they laid out. This is my second experience with Tar Heel and both went well.

From Brandon, the account manager/estimator to the crew on site (John, Edwin and Colin – I hope I got all their names correct). They were awesome. Brandon was very informative and explained everything thoroughly during the estimate, he communicated through out and even answered a couple phone calls and text messages while he was out of town. The crew – John was the foreman and was super helpful. Called/texted each morning before they showed up, was professional and upbeat. This is not an easy job and they all were very professional. Would happily pay them for any future properties I may have. Sure fire example of, you pay for what you get. Professional, courteous, upbeat and communication was perfect. Thanks guys!

We are very satisfied with our decision to have Tarheel basement systems encapsulate our crawl space. From the sales rep(Daniel Pike) to the installation by Robert Hacker,Austin Moody and Kenny we received in our opinion very professional services. The 3 gentlemen that performed the installation kept us informed and communicated exactly what they were doing from the time they were in route to the time they finished each day. They were very efficient, productive and the quality of their work was excellent! They were polite and respectful! I doubt that there is another company out there that can match the excellence of Tarheel basement systems!
