The initial contact with your crew was vary friendly and professional. All members the crew introduced themselves individually, and were vary cordial. During the few days that they were here I notice how well they were working together. Any question I had were answered without any hesitation or disrespect. I have had two hard rains since the work was done and have had no leaks . I did notice one little spot about two feet long that seemed to be a little damp but I could not tell for sure. I will keep my eye on it thanks for a good job

I have one problem. I have been trying to contact John Williams in reference to the installation of a new door, which he told me that it would be part of the job to do. Have tried calling several times and have not yet talked to him.

We have already given your name to a neighbor. We were pleased with the repair crew and are very happy with the dryness and structural repair of the basement. We were disappointed however that after such an expensive repair we are going to have to fill in the sunken trench where the Geo-Locks were installed.

The only thing we need now is rain to watch the system work. Never thought I would hope for that after all the water that was coming in our basement! Thank you!

Gotta say "Y'all did a bang up job all the way around." We had you and a few other quotes to fix our problem, and although the prices were about the same we are so happy we went with you. Anthony Cass was always responsive to all phone calls and concerns that I had. I could call him anything. Also, Herman is the best! He went out of his way to check the installation and to talk to HOA president about stopped up drain pipe and landscaping issue in front of crawl space door which is the HOA's responsibiity. He is just the nicest person and willing to assist in any way to please customer.

all around great product and great service. service was one of the reasons we decided to go with Tar Heel Basement. it was not the cheapest option but we felt for our needs it was the best product, best presentation, and best company to go with. so far we have been more than pleased. our crawlspace is like a new room in the house. every contractor that has worked on the house has been in awe of the crawl space as well as the sump system in our sub basement. our electrician said it was the nicest sump system he had ever seen in his 30 years.
