I live in a historic home built in 1929. I fell in love with the house 6 years ago and bought it with little notice or care of the slanting/sloping floors and cracks in the plaster throughout the house. Of late, however, I've become more concerned about this issues. I'm not sure they are any worse now than they were when I purchased the house, but I'm ready to have someone qualified take a look at the areas of my concern and determine what, if anything, needs to be done to ensure the house is sound and would pass a home inspection should I decide to sell in the future (no plans to do so now).

Anthony Cass was always responsive to all phone calls and concerns that I had. I could call him anything. Also, Herman is the best! He went out of his way to check the installation and to talk to HOA president about stopped up drain pipe and landscaping issue in front of crawl space door which is the HOA's responsibiity. He is just the nicest person and willing to assist in any way to please customer.
