I have a crawl space that extends under 3/4 of the first story of a two-story frame house on a heavily wooded lot. I have discovered mold and mildew issues coming from moisture trapped in the house and probably coming from the crawl space. I am available January 1st-4th only and would like to have someone come out to examine the crawl space area and give me an estimate on crawl space encapsulation. I've never tested for radon .... so, that might be a problem as well. Not sure.
