Tar Heel Basement Systems is excited to announce their recent donation of $500 to the Greater Forsyth County Young Life annual golf tournament that took place this past May. This organization is dedicated to reaching out to kids who need an extra pair of earYounglife gold classics to listen, a big heart to love them and unconditional encouragement to go above and beyond.

Taken directly from their mission statement, the organization believes that their program is the “first step of a lifelong journey” and that “the choices they make today, based on God’s love for them, will have an impact on future decisions…” They encourage their Young Life leaders to love these kids regardless of their responses.

Young Life strives to influence kids early on, helping them develop the skills necessary to become a successful, loving and joyful adult. Leaders have direct contact with the kids to build friendships and social skills. They organize clubs and camps to bring kids together, introduce enriching activities and encourage safe and responsible fun.

Young Life also encourages community and church involvement to continue broadening the horizons of kids all over the Greater Forsyth area. All in all, the Young Life organization is a source of hope and support for many kids and families. Tar Heel Basement Systems is always excited to support organizations that will enrich the lives of younger generations and point them in the right direction.
