Stephen Foster

Hi, I’m Stephen!

I’ve been with Tar Heel for more than 5 years and I love the environment and the people I work with. Before coming to Tar Heel I gained experience in many fields, working as a forklift driver for Leggett and Platt and a stocker at Walmart as well as working in landscaping and farming. I really wanted to try something new and find a place where I could have a career rather than a job and that’s how I came to work at Tar Heel. I’m really proud to work with a company where I’m constantly given the opportunity to grow, both professionally and personally.

When I’m not helping you to achieve a healthier home I love spending time with my beautiful wife and playing with my youngins, Mason and Colton. I also love the great outdoors and you can often find me hunting and fishing.

I look forward to being the “hero in your home!”

Hi, my name is Terrence!

I grew up in Raleigh, NC where I still currently reside today. Before joining the Tar Heel Basement Systems family I worked on cable lines and in construction. I came to Tar Heel because I wanted to learn a new trade that would allow me to help others and this is definitely the place for that.

When I’m not working towards a permanent solution for your home I like to spend my time with my 2 beautiful children, as well as read and learn new things.

I look forward to being the hero in your home!

Hi, I’m Tim!

Before joining the Tar Heel team, I gained experience working with homes by working in construction in Charlotte. I also have some training in HVAC work. I came to Tar Heel after learning through a friend of mine of the incredible opportunity the company offers. Though I didn’t have much experience working in this particular line of work I became very excited to tackle something new and learn all I could from some amazing colleagues.

When I’m not working towards a solution to all of your basement, crawlspace and foundation needs, you will find me spending most of my time with my two wonderful daughters. I have a rather large family and I am very family-oriented. I also enjoy riding dirt bikes and four-wheelers, seeing all the latest movies, spending time with my friends, and I love music!

I look forward to being the “hero in your home!”

Hi, I’m Tommy!

I am originally from Roanoke Rapids, NC but have moved around the Carolinas and Virginia quite a bit before coming to the wonderful city of Winston-Salem. I’ve been working in customer service for over 10 years now and I’ve always striven to provide my customers with a top-notch experience, making me a perfect fit for the Tar Heel family. What drew me to Tar Heel was the company culture and GoodWorks initiatives such as blood drives, charity 5Ks, etc. Though I’ve never done this kind of work before I love the challenge and learning how to overcome the obstacles.

When I’m not providing customers with a healthier home, I love spending time with my wonderful fiance and our adorable but frustrating cats and making time to travel back to SC for our loving family and amazing friends. I also enjoy watching wrestling and I’ve been a musician for over a decade and enjoy playing my guitar, bass, and most recently, my accordion.

I look forward to being the “hero in your home!”

Hi, my name is Tommy!

After moving from Florida to North Carolina, I found myself joining the wonderful Tar Heel team. Since working at Tar Heel Basement Systems I have gained an extensive amount of knowledge and experience in heavy machinery  operations and warehouse operations and, moreover, customer service. I have assisted and performed countless concrete repair jobs and have my certification in forklift operations. I chose the Tar Heel family because I felt that I could both bring a lot to and learn a lot from my team.

When I’m not looking for a permanent solution for your home and concrete needs I love spending time with my amazing wife and working on cars and motorcycles. Another fun fact about me is that I have training in internet security.

I look forward to being the “hero in your home!”
