A Celebration of Heritage and Mardi Gras

This Saturday kicks off the 10th annual Madison Heritage Festival in Madison Food, Arts, and Crafts Heritage Festivalcelebration of the history and industrial heritage of the area. The all-day event is located in Historic Downtown Madison and will be filled with delicious fair foods, live music and entertainment and of course local business vendors. The free event also has a ‘kids zone’ where the kids can Join in the festivities as well.

Look for the bright blue tent and “All Things Basements!” to learn more about the health of your crawl space, basement, foundation or slab while you’re enjoying the festival.

The Milling Manor Mardi Gras Family Festival is being held this Saturday. The annual event is held to raise money and awareness for the non-profit organization, Milling Manor. Milling Manor provides a safe and comfortable home environment for developmentally challenged adults. Their motto is, “Dedicated to strengthening and developing the lives of special people.”

Mardi Gras Presented by Milling Manor will be held at the Junker’s Mill in Mocksville and is free for anyone to attend. Live music will be playing during the entire family festival, while delicious food, craft, and business vendors will be located throughout the Mill. There will also be a contest for those best dressed in the Mardi Gras theme!

Tar Heel Basement Systems will be located at the bright yellow tent, stop by to sign up for your free estimate appointment.
