I had THBS encapsulate the crawlspace in my Raleigh home this past week. Charles, DJ, and Leonard did an amazing job! They were timely, efficient, clear communicators, and the quality of the work is outstanding. I work from home, had been having significant issues with mold exposure over the past 1.5yrs, and only recently realized what it was. Since last week I am having no further symptoms of mold exposure and my house has rapidly gotten back to normal. 54% humidity in house, and 54% in crawlspace as I type. Used to have to wear a respirator to go in crawlspace before encapsulation. I highly recommend them, and will probably have them level my driveway next! I cannot thank them enough.

The team with team leader Daniel , called in advance talked w me about what they were planning to do n even planned ahead for what the job required. They came he greeted me n then they went to work. His team of Travis n Dominque got the work done n gave me a high quality job. They took away the trash n really policed the area for sharp items that could puncture my tires. We heard about Tarheel Basement Systems through some local radio advertisements on 2 Guys Named Chris – called and met with a very knowledgeable company representative. We decided to get some much needed basement/crawl space work done and are very happy with the finished result. The number one thing we have noticed besides the dry basement is that our air quality inside our house is so much better. That alone was worth having the work done, not having to worry about moisture and mold are just added benefits. I have worked with many contractors in Wilmington over the years–here's what made this experience remarkable: they showed up every day and worked all day, and they were very friendly and communicative throughout. The date I was given for this back in October was the date they showed up. No delays, and once they started, they saw it through to the end.
