Let me start off and say, that this team of workers are excellent 👍.They showed nothing but excellent customer service the whole time.They are welcome on my property anytime,to do work. They cleaned up behind themselves,the whole time.Even cleaned up some of my mess left behind in that area. The people that I am referring to names are. Tar Heel Basement Systems is a great company! Of course we all know a company is only as good as the people who represent it. And I must say, Jagwon and Stanley who installed my basement system clearly are proud of their product and of their company. These two men arrived on time, were extremely polite and courteous, worked hard and very fast to give me (the client) the best job possible. Jagmon spent the necessary time with me to answer all my questions and kept me in the loop so I knew what all the steps were and why they were important. My only regret is I only have one basement to do. But you can bet I will be telling my friends and neighbors where they must go for solving their basement issues…Tar Heel Basement Systems!

We had some downspouts installed. I’ll admit the first work that was done was apparently done incorrectly by one of the installers because we had worse problems and the work in general is not what I expected. (Based on previous and unrelated work by the same company). However, once it was brought to the company’s attention they responded quickly and stood behind their commitment and returned to handle repairs correctly. So far we are pleased with the repaired work..esthetically. We will need some rain before I can speak to resolution success.

My installers, Mike J and Aaron F., could not have been more friendly and kept me informed everyday of arrival times and work completed for that day. They answered any questions I had and provided additional information I hadn't even thought of. All work was completed with clean up on time as scheduled. I am a mortgage loan originator with a borrower whose home required some foundation work before we could close on his loan, so he contacted Tar Heel Basement Solutions to inquire about repairs. Jeremy Sewell came out to assist and has been such a wonderful help! Jeremy is patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about what he is doing. I've never met anyone who goes so far out of their way to assist a client as Jeremy has, and I can't tell you how much both myself and our client appreciate him. I assist a lot of homeowners in NC with double wide manufactured homes, and I can guarantee that I will always refer them to Jeremy if they need foundation work done- and you should too!

Nathan Addington just left my Mom's house after a routine service inspection. He was so nice and very thorough! Thanks to him, we found out the gutter downspouts are in need of repair and some need replacing. We ordered from him right then and there! He even told us we qualified for an extended warranty for a very special price. I have been very satisfied with Tarheel Basement over the years and they continue to provide quality personnel and support! Thank you, Nathan, for being so sweet to us old folks!

The installers did an outstanding job encapsulating our crawlspace, installing a dehumidifier and sump pump. It looks lovely! Ken, Stephen, and Jael were knowledgable, courteous, personable and professional. The job was completed in 2 and a half days. They hauled away the old liners and left the site spick and span. They kept us fully updated on the process. We also appreciated their attention to detail. They supplied us with a photo of a plumbing issue under the house of which we were unaware. Thanks to their help, we can get this taken care of before it gets worse. Thank you Ken, Stephen, and Jael for your careful work.
