  • FreezeGuard™ Discharge Line System
    FreezeGuard™ Discharge Line System

Sump pump discharge lines are fed outside the home, meaning it’s possible they could freeze during the cold winter months. A backed up discharge line means your sump pump won’t work properly in the event of water in your basement, which will make the flooding much worse. Our solution to this problem is the FreezeGuard™ discharge line system.

The FreezeGuard™ fits over the top of your discharge line to provide water with a secondary escape route. When the main line is working correctly, water simply flows out as usual. However, when the discharge line is frozen, the FreezeGuard™ allows water to escape through slotted openings in the drain pipe. This ensures that any water your sump pump is removing from your basement is safely cleared away outside your home, preventing any backed up or frozen lines. The FreezeGuard™ is compatible with all our sump pump systems.

  • Carbon Fiber Wall Crack Repair
    Carbon Fiber Wall Crack Repair

The common method of repairing basement wall cracks involves injection of a polyurethane material that generally will fail over time due. This material dries into a firm substance that can’t move with a wall. Since concrete naturally shrinks and is subject to pressure from soils, it’s essential to have a crack repair system that can work with the wall’s movement. Carbon Fiber is the ideal solution to this problem. This flexible sealant is made of open cell foam and waterproof sealant.

Carbon Fiber is designed to move with a wall, ensuring that the entire crack is sealed even if there is a change in the wall. This is a permanent solution that installs smoothly over a wall, and its neutral color will fit with a concrete wall. Carbon Fiber can easily be covered up with a basement finishing product as well.
