Photo Album: Clemmons, NC Crawl Space Water Issues

Album Description

This tri-level home in Clemmons, NC would get up to 1/2" of water in the crawl space when it rained hard. A major concern with a flooded crawl space is that it could cause damage to the structure of the home and mold growth. Tar Heel Basement Systems led an interior perimeter drainage system to a sump pump in order to excavate the water. Then, the installation crew installed Delta drainage matting, sealed the vents and isolated the home from the earth using CrawlSeal liner.
