Photo Album: Lexington, NC - Wet, Moldy Basement and Crawlspace Made Dry and Healthy

Album Description

This homeowner's basement and crawlspace combination was experiencing leaking and pooling water as well as mold growth on the girders that was preventing him from enjoying the space.

Tar Heel Basement Systems stepped in and solved his problem with one of our patented BasementGutter Systems around the perimeter of the basement and a SafeDri Triple Sump Pump to guide any water out of the home. The crawlspace floor and piers were covered in our patented CrawlSeal vapor barrier to keep any moisture out and prevent the growth of mold. To keep the entire bottom floor of this home dry, a Tar Heel self-draining dehumidifier was also installed.

Foreman Matt Johnson and his crew made sure that each and every detail was perfected before leaving the job site to ensure a satisfied customer.
