Photo Album: King, NC - CrawlSeal Encapsulation and BasementGutter System Dry Up Wet Crawlspace and Garage

Album Description

This home in rural King, North Carolina had water leakage and an insulation problem in the crawlspace and garage. Systems Design Specialist, Kent Dunn suggested installing a CrawlSeal crawlspace encapsulation system, complete with SafeDri triple Sump Pump, X-Grade Crawl Space Insulation panels and a Tar Heel crawlspace dehumidifier. A BasementGutter french drain system was also installed in the garage to guide any of that water outdoors, keeping the area dry and usable. A Downspout Outlet was also attached to the outdoor drainage pipe; a feature that is easy to clean, designed to minimize clogging and blend into the landscaping. Foreman, Adam Canter, with the help of Foreman, Orville Schoenfield, installed these systems successfully, troubleshooting where necessary, to make the homeowner very happy with the work.
