Fix Your Sinking Slab During Winter

Schedule A Free Inspection
Replacing your concrete is costly and disruptive

The PolyRenewal™ System is the perfect solution for raising your sinking slab during the cold winter months versus total concrete replacement.

Replacing your concrete in the winter can be costly and disruptive. Freshly poured concrete slabs have a longer cure time in the winter that puts the slab more at risk for developing cracks early on. Homeowners should also take into consideration that the disruption of the property around the freshly poured slab will likely remain until Spring. Grass has a harder time growing during the colder, winter months.

PolyRenewal™ can be used during the colder winter months, as long as the ground below the slab is not frozen. There is no disruption to the yard or area around the slab either. A penny-sized hole is drilled and the waterproof, polyurethane foam is injected under the slab. After the void is filled below the slab, the expanding polyurethane foam allows for an accurate lift.

If your sinking slab is in need of a lift, call our office today.
