The sunken and cracked concrete around your Asheboro home is both an eyesore and a safety hazard. It is also likely to get worse, but we can fix it for you.

Our experts use PolyRenewal, a superior polyurethane foam. Small holes are drilled in the concrete, the foam is injected and the expanding foam lifts the concrete. The majority of contractors you will call use mudjacking instead of foam. Mudjacking is heavier, require larger holes in the concrete and does not last as long as PolyRenewal. Job Stories From Asheboro, NC
Asheboro, NC- Wet Crawl Space Now Dry
After heavy rains or inclement weather, the result for this Asheboro, NC crawl space would end in a very nasty and wet area below the home. Tar Heel Basement System was able to transform the crawl space into a dry environment by installing the CrawlDrain Drainage System along the interior perimeter of the crawl space. While the SafeDri sump pump pumps water safely out of the space and away from the home. The CrawlSeal 20mil liner was installed to allow the water management products to be discreet but effective.
Muddy Crawlspace Made Healthy and Dry in Asheboro, NC
Homeowner, Larry, noticed that his crawlspace had accumulated so much water that the red, Carolina clay had become mud. The existing sump pump was just not doing its job and humidity was threatening to damage the infrastructure of the home. He took to the internet and found us with a Google search. When systems design specialist Danny Harrell arrived and took a look at the area, he knew a complete CrawlSeal encapsulation system was needed as well as 23 feet of CrawlDrain drains, a Tar Heel dehumidifier and SafeDri triple sump pump. Foreman Steven LaGray and his crew installed this entire system in just one day. 905 square feet of Delta drainage matting was laid down before the 945 square feet of CrawlSeal vapor barrier was installed. This combination will both improve drainage and protect the CrawlSeal vapor barrier from rips or tears. Each pier was wrapped and vents were completely sealed up. The Tar Heel crawlspace dehumidifier will remove any moisture from the air in the crawlspace atmosphere, leaving it dry and mold-free. The SafeDri triple sump pump will move any water out of the home and is also fitted with FreezeGuard. This feature will ensure the sump pumps correct functioning throughout the year. The homeowner was very happy with the work that was done and is now confident that the condition of his crawlspace will no longer pose a threat to the integrity of his home. It will also now be a more comfortable environment for him and his family.
