PolyRenewal™ Concrete Leveling & Lifting

The sunken and cracked concrete around your East Bend home is both an eyesore and a safety hazard. It is also likely to get worse, but we can fix it for you.

Our experts use PolyRenewal, a superior polyurethane foam. Small holes are drilled in the concrete, the foam is injected and the expanding foam lifts the concrete. The majority of contractors you will call use mudjacking instead of foam. Mudjacking is heavier, require larger holes in the concrete and does not last as long as PolyRenewal. Call us today to learn more.

Job Stories From East Bend, NC
East Bend, NC- Damp Basement and Bowing Wall
This basement needed waterproofing and wall repair. The Tar Heel team installed a perimeter interior drainage system, as well wall anchors to stabilize the wall. The BasementGutter drainage system will redirect water coming down from the block walls to the SafeDri triple sump pump then out the drainage line. Basement Wall Anchors were installed to stabilize the wall to prevent any further bowing in the wall. Tar Heel Basement Systems made this basement dry and stable once again.

Basement takes on water during and after heavy rains. There is a hole in basement floor and I think it is for a sump pump? But I would need a plumber to install it as I see no easy way to discharge the water. Not sure if sump pump would solve the problem. Or if I need cinder block walls just sealed. Same goes for cement floor. Do I need it sealed with a concret waterpoof sealer?
