I will not use anyone else in future as they are the true professionals at this sort of work. The last company that I hired did not do a proper job and Tar Heel showed me that by the quality of work.

First I met with Jeff about Crawlspace encapsulation. He discovered 2 rotten floor Joice. Replacement of those as well as encapsulation was very reasonable. They sent out Andy and Elijah who were very efficient and considerate. The other half of the space was an open basement area. The main front wall was so wet mortar was easing out. Jeff recommended a french drain with a pump. Edward and Jeremy were not only respectful but explained every step . Thank you Tarheel Basement Crew !!

THBS is definitely not the cheapest shop in town, but they stand behind their work and I prefer to have folks that know what they're doing operating on the most important aspects of my home. I was very pleased with the service that that John, Jr and Brady a performed. John went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. He is a very knowledgeable person and knows what he is doing. I enjoyed talking with him he is a very good people person. If I were to need any more service from this company I would definitely ask for Jr. He made sure that my doors would all latch due to jacking up the floors and made all the necessary adjustments to see that they did so. He did what it took to get the job done right. I wish he had it have been here the first time! Thank you John for a job well done! Ray Johnson
