The team with team leader Daniel , called in advance talked w me about what they were planning to do n even planned ahead for what the job required. They came he greeted me n then they went to work. His team of Travis n Dominque got the work done n gave me a high quality job. They took away the trash n really policed the area for sharp items that could puncture my tires. My overall experience w Tarheel Basewent far exceeded my expectations, great having them here.

We scheduled our service and then Ray W, Justin U, Greg H, and Eduardo Z came to do work and were extremely professional. Josiah, the foreman, and his fellow colleagues, Gustavo and Rodrigo, did an excellent job in transforming our crawlspace from a dark, dirty and damp space, into a space I no longer will be afraid or worried to go into if the need arises.They were all three very friendly and polite! If one could recommend a business because of it’s employees I definitely would do so. They went out of their way to do a good job and treat 2 old ladieswith respect and kindness. (They also took junk away from under the house that had been there for over 50 years!)It was also Rodrigo’s birthday and he even let us sing Happy Birthday to him!I would recommend this company gor crawlspace work if anyone should ask me especially because of it’s workers!

Our front porch stairs had sunk considerably causing the last step up to our house to be too high and tripping people all the time! We found Target Basement Systems and they got it fixed within a week. There work was precise and attention to detail excellent. We were very pleased with how quickly they scheduled our repair (the next week). They showed up exactly as promised and it looks great. You can’t even tell it was repaired. I highly recommend Roswin S, Justin H and Chris A. Only regret is not finding them sooner.

I used Tar Heel Basement Systems due to excellent service previously provided in two other homes in another city and the Raleigh branch did not disappoint from the consultation provided by Brian, the coordination from Ryan and the excellent service from Evan, Onyx and Derrick. We had the "A Team" (Nyles R. Jeff T. and Tyree M.) come out to do our crawl space, and they lived up to their title. Nyles walked me through all the work they were going to do, he clearly explained it and was very patient with me, and all my questions; even as I crawled around their work space, they took the time to answer all of my questions. As an artisan I can tell when someone has done good, mediocre or bad work. Even if you don't know the work itself, you can tell by how the work is being performed, executed and completed; the detail and dedication to the work itself. Nyles, Jeff and Tyree, the "A Team", were Awesome!
