Just had Tar Heel in Raleigh come out to do some repairs ony foundation. Eric, Q. /Blake, L./Raymundo, M. were fantastic! They went far and above with me, answering all my questions and making sure the work was perfect both below and in my home. They were kind and patient with me and made sure I undersood everything that would happen before and walked me through all the repairs after it was done. Thank you guys! Highly recommend!

Today, Tar Heel Basement Systems raised and stabilized my front concrete walkway, and it was an excellent contracting experience. The crew of Jess W. And Zach B. were punctual, called in advance with their ETA, and were professional and competent at their craft. They explained what they would be doing, completed the work being careful of my property, and ensured my satisfaction with the finished repair. I highly recommend them for concrete lifting and stabilization.

I had THBS encapsulate the crawlspace in my Raleigh home this past week. Charles, DJ, and Leonard did an amazing job! They were timely, efficient, clear communicators, and the quality of the work is outstanding. I work from home, had been having significant issues with mold exposure over the past 1.5yrs, and only recently realized what it was. Since last week I am having no further symptoms of mold exposure and my house has rapidly gotten back to normal. 54% humidity in house, and 54% in crawlspace as I type. Used to have to wear a respirator to go in crawlspace before encapsulation. I highly recommend them, and will probably have them level my driveway next! I cannot thank them enough.

James W and Matt D came out to work on the foundation and install some jacks for sagging joists. They were courteous and quick. THBS is definitely not the cheapest shop in town, but they stand behind their work and I prefer to have folks that know what they're doing operating on the most important aspects of my home. The Foreman, Shane English introduced his team Evan Boswell and Jaziah Christ to me. They were courteous, hard working, kept the job site clean and organized. They were very timely arriving at job site. No waiting on my part. They ask me several times if I had any questions. And they placed items back where they needed to be. Nyles patiently walked me through the crawl space insulation installation process and answered my questions.He and the team promptly got to work and kept me informed along the way. The team kept a clean workspace and conducted themselves professionally and courteously. Nyles and team completed the job on-time and with high quality. Nyles reviewed the work they had done with me, and provided pictures of the work.Nyles, Daniel, and Tyree showed me the utmost respect.
