The the professional manner in which every part of the team approached the job at hand was far above my expectations. The Foreman, Shane English introduced his team Evan Boswell and Jaziah Christ to me. They were courteous, hard working, kept the job site clean and organized. They were very timely arriving at job site. No waiting on my part. They ask me several times if I had any questions. And they placed items back where they needed to be. I contracted to Tar Heel Basement Systems to insulate my crawl space and install a dehumidifier.Nyles Robinson, Daniel Jones, and Tyree McKinnie arrived at my home on-time. Nyles patiently walked me through the crawl space insulation installation process and answered my questions.He and the team promptly got to work and kept me informed along the way. The team kept a clean workspace and conducted themselves professionally and courteously. Nyles and team completed the job on-time and with high quality. I could not have been more pleased with their level of professionalism and workmanship. The entire experience was positive, starting with my sales person Nathan Seeley, and including our on-site crew of Jaylan, Daniel and McKai. Cameron and Mekhi did a great job of installing a crawl drain and sump pump. They arrived on time, worked diligently, and completed the job sooner than was expected. All the while they answered my questions and provided a complete walk (crawl) through at the end. They were courteous and tried very hard to be sure I was pleased with the work. Excellent work by both of them!

Just had Tar Heel in Raleigh come out to do some repairs ony foundation. Eric, Q. /Blake, L./Raymundo, M. were fantastic! They went far and above with me, answering all my questions and making sure the work was perfect both below and in my home. They were kind and patient with me and made sure I undersood everything that would happen before and walked me through all the repairs after it was done. Thank you guys! Highly recommend!

From the time I called to request an initial revie, until the work was completed, this process was professional and convenient. Zack came and crawled around in the very tight crawl space during the initial examination and then scoped the work and cost same day with me. John C and Brian C were the service representatives performing the installation of the membrane and foam board over a two day process. These guys worked so hard and kept me informed on status the whole way. I gave 5 stars because I've had lots of service jobs performed at my home and this team and the work done exceeded my expectations.

After an annual maintenance service of our crawl space encapsulation and at the suggestion of Grant we decided to move forward with a plan…
After an annual maintenance service of our crawl space encapsulation and at the suggestion of Grant we decided to move forward with a plan to stabilize an area of our foundation that was weakened for some time. Tyree and Christian came out two days later to install beams and jacks to secure that part of the foundation. Tyree explained everything that was going to happen, what it would do to stabilize the foundation, and how long it would take. Everything went very smoothly and I went into the crawlspace to inspect the work and learn how the system would add support to the foundation. Tyree explained in terms I could understand. Both men were professional and finished in the time they laid out. This is my second experience with Tar Heel and both went well.
