We had the crawlspace encapsulated and a dehumidifier installed a few months ago. The crew did a great job. Very neat, and very professional. Today Joel came out to answer a question I had about the dehumidifier. He answered my question, AND did a full reinspection of the space and equipment, just to make sure everything was right! Like everyone else we've worked with at Groundworks, Joel was very professional, and friendly. He communicated his plan for the visit, and went over the results. Overall, a great experience!

James W and Matt D came out to work on the foundation and install some jacks for sagging joists. They were courteous and quick. THBS is definitely not the cheapest shop in town, but they stand behind their work and I prefer to have folks that know what they're doing operating on the most important aspects of my home. Christopher Raymond was the inspector assigned – I couldn’t have been more satisfied with his service. He was attentive to the concerns raised and thorough in his work/ findings.
