The crew that came out to my house (Adam Canter, Ryan Oldman, and Jayden Watlington) where very professional, well mannered, and knowledgeable. We are very satisfied with our decision to have Tarheel basement systems encapsulate our crawl space. From the sales rep(Daniel Pike) to the installation by Robert Hacker,Austin Moody and Kenny we received in our opinion very professional services. The 3 gentlemen that performed the installation kept us informed and communicated exactly what they were doing from the time they were in route to the time they finished each day. They were very efficient, productive and the quality of their work was excellent! They were polite and respectful! I doubt that there is another company out there that can match the excellence of Tarheel basement systems!

The specific project is floor stabilization with minor lift but that isn't an option so i picked encapsulation instead (which K do intend to gave Tar Heel do, down the line). Jay Yount was great salesperson and Ceritified Field Inspector. Foreman David P and crew mates Ernesto "Nestor" and James C were knowledgeable and efficient, arrived on time and got the job done in two days. Results of the floor stabilization were communicated to me clearly before, during and after the work was performed. All my expectations were at least met. Would definitely recommend Tar Heel to friends and family.

After an annual maintenance service of our crawl space encapsulation and at the suggestion of Grant we decided to move forward with a plan to stabilize an area of our foundation that was weakened for some time. Tyree and Christian came out two days later to install beams and jacks to secure that part of the foundation. Tyree explained everything that was going to happen, what it would do to stabilize the foundation, and how long it would take. Everything went very smoothly and I went into the crawlspace to inspect the work and learn how the system would add support to the foundation. Tyree explained in terms I could understand. Both men were professional and finished in the time they laid out. This is my second experience with Tar Heel and both went well.

Thoroughly impressed from start to finish! It took 6 weeks to get the installation appointment (post hurricane) but we received texts periodically during that time confirming our appointment. Was nice to know we hadn’t been forgotten about! JACOB C and TERRENCE A did an exceptional job!!! They were on time, professional, polite, honest, knowledgeable and kept us informed of the progress throughout the day. Job was started on 12/23 and completed early the next morning on 12/24; you would have never known they were working just before Christmas – their attitude was GREAT! Restoworx did a fantastic job with mold remediation. JOHN D. did our inspection and walked us through the purchasing process. He was honest, professional and fantastic to work with! All in all – EVERYONE was great to work with. Our crawlspace looks amazing! I’m not afraid to go under the house any more. Professional, courteous and prompt. We will definitely call Tarheel for any future needs!!

So far so good with our basement gutters and sump pump that were installed December 2024. Fingers crossed we don't have anymore flooding!! We just had our yearly maintenance and inspection visit for our basement gutter system. The technician, Devin Hunt, was great! He was very thorough, professional, and polite, even calling me the day before our appointment to ask me in advance if I have any concerns or issues with the system.

So beyond pleased with Tarheel Basement Systems! I'm a 2-year customer as of this week. A complete encapsulation, french drains, sump pump and dehumidifier. I receive an inspection each year around this time, my representative was John Snow, was amazing, so polite, punctual, kept me up to date on his arrival via text and phone, it was so pleasant seeing someone who "gets" customer service , and John does! He informed me my dehumidifier was not working, and would be replaced under warranty, and like clockwork as John said, he replaced it today! The easiest replacement ever, he arrived worked diligently, above and beyond! Again, beyond pleased!

I contacted Tar Heel about a moldy nasty crawl space, Jay Yount came out to inspect and came up with a great plan to fix it. Was very knowledgeable and through with the inspection. They were quick to schedule the work. Luke Evans, Julian Bruno, Jonathan Ruiz did exactly what they said they would do, a great job. Everyone was on time and worked very hard. I have no complaints about the whole process, very happy with the price and the results. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We recently had work completed by Tarheels Basement systems . They installed floor supports and an I beam under our home that we purchased and discovered did not have proper supports on a load bearing area of our home. Justin H , Demarte, and Quentin were punctual, professional, and polite . They were attentive to detail and preserving our property. Justin communicated their eta and they arrived right on time . He greeted me with a smile and walked me through the install information clearly . They took care to prevent any damage during the lift process. His crew worked cohesively and quickly and were very informative.
