Groundworks was totally awesome! We had been wanted to have our crawlspace encapsulated for years. I had planned to do it, but never got around to it. The team from Groundworks – Nick Perfitti, Isaiah Brooks, and Hunter Okonsky – came in and got the whole job done in three days! Plus, they were totally professional and courteous as well. We would definitely ask these guys back again and highly recommend that you hire them for your crawlspace waterproofing. Also a shout out to Vaughn Smalls, who was our initial contact with the company, and did a great explanation and walk-through of what the project would entail. Regards, TC Durham, NC

I had THBS encapsulate the crawlspace in my Raleigh home this past week. Charles, DJ, and Leonard did an amazing job! They were timely, efficient, clear communicators, and the quality of the work is outstanding. I work from home, had been having significant issues with mold exposure over the past 1.5yrs, and only recently realized what it was. Since last week I am having no further symptoms of mold exposure and my house has rapidly gotten back to normal. 54% humidity in house, and 54% in crawlspace as I type. Used to have to wear a respirator to go in crawlspace before encapsulation. I highly recommend them, and will probably have them level my driveway next! I cannot thank them enough.

Zach Wallace came for my first annual inspection for the crawl space work completed in 2025. He was thorough in checking that all of the work was functioning as it should. He took pictures to show me the updated inprovements. He answered all my questions clearly. He presented options for additional services without pressuring or trying to alarm me to make a hasty decision. I would be happy for him to continue to do my annual inspection.
