On time, thorough, and very knowledgeable, Joel Cocker explained everything clearly and went above and beyond inspecting our existing crawl space encapsulation. He also took extra care servicing our industrial dehumidifier and had the report turned around in less than 24 hours. Very professional. I’m really happy with his service and I highly recommend him.

On our one year follow-up inspection, items were identified and promptly corrected. Our front porch had settled about a 1/2 inch since it was raised. Jess W and Zach B came out and FULLY explained everything they were going to do. They went about their job immediately and completed it in short order, with NO shortcuts. They explained to me why it had settled in a year's time and what it would take to fix it. They quoted me the price and it was extremely reasonable compared to me having to acquire the materials and tools to do it. It LOOKS GREAT! We could not be more pleased. Thanks so much Jess and Zach!

This review applies only to the person, Lisa, that helped complete our project. Our encapsulation project took over a year and a half to complete. It was a long process of phone calls not returned, emails not answered, and follow up not done. But, once Lisa became my contact, she made sure that everything was done when it was supposed to be done. That included multiple trips to fix problems found in inspections, multiple county inspections, and a refund for electrical work that I paid for twice. When Lisa said it would happen, it did. What a refreshing change from the previous 16 months. Great job, Lisa!

All the while they answered my questions and provided a complete walk (crawl) through at the end. They were courteous and tried very hard to be sure I was pleased with the work.
