Groundworks was totally awesome! We had been wanted to have our crawlspace encapsulated for years. I had planned to do it, but never got around to it. The team from Groundworks – Nick Perfitti, Isaiah Brooks, and Hunter Okonsky – came in and got the whole job done in three days! Plus, they were totally professional and courteous as well. We would definitely ask these guys back again and highly recommend that you hire them for your crawlspace waterproofing. Great experience, very satisfied with the job that was done! Starting with the salesman, Colin Schmid, down to the technicians, Keiron Taylor, we are very pleased. This review applies only to the person, Lisa, that helped complete our project. Our encapsulation project took over a year and a half to complete. It was a long process of phone calls not returned, emails not answered, and follow up not done. But, once Lisa became my contact, she made sure that everything was done when it was supposed to be done. That included multiple trips to fix problems found in inspections, multiple county inspections, and a refund for electrical work that I paid for twice. When Lisa said it would happen, it did. What a refreshing change from the previous 16 months. Great job, Lisa!

I had my crawlspace encapsulated and a dehumidifier installed by THBS to get the horrendous humidity we deal with under control. Keron, Joshua, and Fred did an excellent job with the project and kept me updated with arrivals and progress throughout the multi day adventure. Perfect professional/casual blend that makes me confident and comfortable with larger projects like this. 5/5 would recommend, thanks gents!
