Tar Heel Basement Systems Sponsors Golf Tournament Benefitting Local Boy Scout Council

Investing in the development of our local youth is time well spent. Our Tar Heel Basement Systems team jumped at a fun opportunity to join other businesses and community members in supporting a well-known organization.

We are proud to sponsor the Wellworth Financial Group Invitational Golf Tournament, benefitting the Cape Fear Council of Boy Scouts of America. The event has raised over $500,000 for the local Scouting program over the history of the tournament.

The Cape Fear Council, Boy Scouts of America, is dedicated to empowering young people through comprehensive personal development. By teaching leadership, ethical decision-making, and community values drawn from the Scout Oath and Law, the organization aims to shape responsible, principled citizens equipped to positively contribute to society throughout their lives.

Not only are we an event sponsor, but we had the pleasure of participating in the tournament, as well. We enjoyed hitting the green for a good cause and mingling with like-minded community members.
