Tar Heel Basement Systems Sponsors Cherry Point Air Show

Flight fascinates and exhilarates people of all ages and brings them together on many occasions, like air shows.

Tar Heel Basement Systems’ Wilmington team was proud to sponsor the 2024 MCAS (Marine Corps Air Station) Cherry Point Air Show, held May 11 and 12, 2024.

MCAS Cherry Point and the 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing collaborate to host a biennial air show as a gesture of community appreciation and outreach. This spectacular weekend event unfolds along the MCAS Cherry Point flight line, featuring performances from various aviation professionals, including the U.S. Navy Blue Angels.

Throughout the weekend, a dedicated team of staff and volunteers successfully orchestrated a safe and secure event. Complementing their efforts, world-class aviators took to the skies, delivering breathtaking performances for an overall audience exceeding 120,000.
