At Tar Heel Basement Systems, we firmly believe in lending a helping hand whenever we can, and we’re always excited to support fun ways to unite the community. We are pleased to partner with Hope Mission of Coastal Carolina for a special fundraiser.

Our Wilmington-based team joins forces with this worthy cause as the platinum sponsor of the 2024 Hope Mission Golf Tournament. We are thrilled with this year’s success, raising over $50,000 to benefit those in need.

A Beacon of Hope

Hope Mission is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving Carteret County and nearby communities. They provide comprehensive support through food assistance, shelter services, emergency financial aid, emotional care, mentoring, and counseling programs.

The organization recognizes that individuals experiencing homelessness, those facing housing insecurity, or struggling with substance use often feel disconnected from their core identity. This disconnect frequently stems from broken relationships with family and community. Hope Mission’s fundamental goal is to restore that vital sense of belonging, helping people rebuild connections and rediscover their place in the community.
