Company Kick Off 2015

Every year we host our company Kick Off to launch us into the new year with high spirits and clear goals. This year was our 3rd annual company kick-off event and it was a huge success! The theme this year was “One Team, One Dream: Together We Rise.” The idea behind this year’s Kick Off was to concentrate on team building and continuing to grow together as a company. This all-day event consisted of department training in the morning, team building activities in the afternoon and an awards dinner in the evening.

The morning training was utilized to introduce new products & services and focused on ways to improve our customer’s experience from start to finish. The afternoon session was specifically dedicated to team building. We hired an outside company to facilitate a team building activity which was called Chain Reaction. Our employees were grouped into 6 teams (with an employee from each department on every team) and asked to design and build a contraption that allowed for three chain reactions to occur. This activity required communication, collaboration, and imagination. Our employees had a blast during this event and it was a fun way to bring all of our employees together. The night portion was the time for our team and their spouses to enjoyed music, drinks, food and a silent auction. We announced our 2015 goals and handed out the 2014 employee awards.
