Tar Heel Basement Systems, a Groundworks Company, has been voted as the “Best Basement Services” in the “2018 Battle for Guilford’s Best” contest, promoted by the Greensboro News & Record newspaper. The publication asked readers to report what they think are the best local businesses in categories including Food & Spirits, Medical & Wellness, People & Personalities, Business & Services, Retailers and Entertainment & Recreation. Tar Heel Basement Systems’ award was under the Business & Services category.

The News & Record’s readers first had to nominate their favorite businesses for the “2018 Battle for Guilford’s Best” final ballot. Then the top 5 nominations in each category were posted for final voting. Winners were announced in The News & Record and on Greensboro.com.
