Tar Heel Basement Systems Wins Super Service Award 2013

Tar Heel Basement Systems is proud to announce that we have been awarded the 2013 Angie’s List Super Service Award, which reflects our company’s consistently high level of customer service. This award is presented to service providers that maintain superior service reviews and ratings throughout the last full calendar year. A background check is required for a company to be eligible as well as the following criteria:

Maintain an “A” Rating in each of the following areas:

• Overall Grade, which averages all reviews received (3.5 GPA)
• Recent Grade, which averages reviews from the last three years (3.5 GPA)
• Review Period Grade, which averages reviews received since the previous November 1st to October 31st (GPA varies)

The owner, Pete Burgess, changed the name to Tar Heel Basement Systems in 2009, specializing in crawl space repair, basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and radon mitigation. Tar Heel Basement Systems takes pride in providing quality solutions to homeowners in Western North Carolina and Southwest Virginia that have basement, crawlspace, foundation and/or radon issues.
