John, the Field Inspector; Sarah, the Project Coordinator; and Tom and Tyler, the Installation Technicians, were all simply outstanding in their professional knowledge, skills, and expertise. Their communication was flawless in keeping me informed about the schedule and all details of the process.To find cracks in the floors of one’s home is a very unnerving experience, but to find such responsive and excellent professionals to successfully repair the situation leaves one completely reassured that the serious issues have been completely resolved.From the initial inquiry to the completion of the project, my experience is that Tar Heel Basement Systems is simply the Best in the Business in terms of total customer satisfaction and service. I could not recommend them more highly.

From the very first meeting with Steele, who took the time to listen to my concerns and needs, to the thoughtful plan they developed, I felt well taken care of every step of the way. The team—Juan, Alex, and Hayden—did an exceptional job. They were not only professional, but also knowledgeable, efficient, and punctual. The crew arrived on time and immediately got to work. Throughout the day, Juan was incredibly responsive to my questions, keeping me informed and ensuring my concerns were addressed, which helped put my mind at ease. The 3 guys who worked at my house were amazing. Gary Hacker has the best skills of any worker I"ve ever encountered. Ben Palmer and Axel Perez were also awesome. I will recommend Tar Heel Basement to everyone. I am 67 and the work that Gary Hacker, Ben, and Axel did on my floors will out last me by years. If I could adopt all 3 of them I would.

Tar Heel is a great company to work with from start to finish. Jamie came out for the initial inspection and estimate. I was very impressed with his knowledge. Later, when I had some unexpected expenses, he was able to modify the project to fit within my revised budget. The finished project was perfect. The workers were punctual, efficient, and neat. They explained everything before leaving and were very pleasant. And my basement has stayed dry! I would recommend Tar Heel for any basement project.
