On our one year follow-up inspection, items were identified and promptly corrected. Our front porch had settled about a 1/2 inch since it was raised. Jess W and Zach B came out and FULLY explained everything they were going to do. They went about their job immediately and completed it in short order, with NO shortcuts. They explained to me why it had settled in a year's time and what it would take to fix it. They quoted me the price and it was extremely reasonable compared to me having to acquire the materials and tools to do it. It LOOKS GREAT! We could not be more pleased. Thanks so much Jess and Zach!

I had an excellent experience with Tarheel Basement Systems. They installed three permanent jacks to provide supplemental support, and the entire project was handled with care, professionalism, and clear communication. Nick Perfetti, the foreman, was outstanding from the very beginning. He took the time to thoroughly explain the scope of the project, what to expect during installation, and answered all of my questions before work began. After the job was completed, he walked me through the finished work in detail, ensuring everything was done correctly and that I was fully comfortable with the results. His knowledge and attention to detail truly stood out. Jordan Bumpers, the co-foreman, played a key role in keeping the project running smoothly. He was professional, organized, and clearly experienced, making sure the installation was done properly and efficiently. His leadership on-site was evident and contributed greatly to the quality of the work. Hunter Okonsky did an excellent job with the installation of the support system. He worked diligently, paid close attention to detail, and took pride in doing the job right. His professionalism and strong work ethic were very apparent throughout the process. Overall, the entire team was professional, respectful of my home, and committed to quality workmanship. I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Tarheel Basement Systems to anyone needing foundation or structural support work.

Austin Moody and Chris Perdomo did a beautiful install and explained the operation to me. They even hauled off an old pump for me.

First I met with Jeff about Crawlspace encapsulation. He discovered 2 rotten floor Joice. Replacement of those as well as encapsulation was very reasonable. They sent out Andy and Elijah who were very efficient and considerate. The other half of the space was an open basement area. The main front wall was so wet mortar was easing out. Jeff recommended a french drain with a pump. Edward and Jeremy were not only respectful but explained every step . Thank you Tarheel Basement Crew !!

Cannot say enough about the good experience we had with Justin and his crew of Demarte, Quentin and Harry. They were punctual, called before arrival and all were friendly and appeared to be Jgenuinely glad to do the job. Justin explained what they would be doing and answered all questions before starting work. His team was efficient and completed the job much faster than we anticipated. Justin was very diligent in making sure our floors were leveled to his and our satisfaction and we were very pleased to see cracks between the ceiling and wall disappear. Nowadays it is rare to have someone exceed expectations but Justin and his crew were exceptional and we would not hesitate to to give them our highest recommendation. John and CC Hensley

Josiah, the foreman, and his fellow colleagues, Gustavo and Rodrigo, did an excellent job in transforming our crawlspace from a dark, dirty and damp space, into a space I no longer will be afraid or worried to go into if the need arises.They were all three very friendly and polite! If one could recommend a business because of it’s employees I definitely would do so. They went out of their way to do a good job and treat 2 old ladieswith respect and kindness. (They also took junk away from under the house that had been there for over 50 years!)It was also Rodrigo’s birthday and he even let us sing Happy Birthday to him!I would recommend this company gor crawlspace work if anyone should ask me especially because of it’s workers!

So beyond pleased with Tarheel Basement Systems! I'm a 2-year customer as of this week. A complete encapsulation, french drains, sump pump and dehumidifier. I receive an inspection each year around this time, my representative was John Snow, was amazing, so polite, punctual, kept me up to date on his arrival via text and phone, it was so pleasant seeing someone who "gets" customer service , and John does! He informed me my dehumidifier was not working, and would be replaced under warranty, and like clockwork as John said, he replaced it today! The easiest replacement ever, he arrived worked diligently, above and beyond! Again, beyond pleased!

They did an excellent job and helped me inspect the crawl space myself (yes I crawled around, sheesh!) These guys were hard working, thoughtful and diligent! I had many apprehensions about the job wondering if I made the right choice of contractors but when Juan S. and Alex S. rolled up to my house I was immediately blown away by their openness and politeness. They were genuinely honest in their accessment and actually told me that the treatment might not work and gave me choices of one was " no charge" and left with a smile which in turn gave me a little bit more of faith in humanity. Ian, Justin and Tanner got my extremely disgusting crawlspace in good order in only three days! I have worked with many contractors in Wilmington over the years–here's what made this experience remarkable: they showed up every day and worked all day, and they were very friendly and communicative throughout. The date I was given for this back in October was the date they showed up. No delays, and once they started, they saw it through to the end. I'm very happy with tarheel basement systems and I'm glad I chose them.

I went into this basement project a little nervous, it seemed like a big commitment to put this amount of trust into Tar Heel Basement Systems. We had a long term problem with water ponding in the crawl space underneath our home anytime it rained. We had multiple people come out to try and diagnose the source of the leak, but none of them were 100% certain. Tar Heel Basement Systems blew me away immediately. The inspector, Dave Brereton, came out and within 15 minutes had identified the root cause as well as a plan to fix it. A few weeks later, the crew came out and completed the job in under two days. The difference is unbelievable. From Dave to the install crew, this company knows their stuff and conducts themselves professionally. A great experience, and I encourage anyone with similar problems to give them a chance. Thank you Dave and crew!

Tarheel basement systems did an awesome fixing the foundation at my house. The crew that came out to my house (Adam Canter, Ryan Oldman, and Jayden Watlington) where very professional, well mannered, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and explained things in an easy to understand kinda way. I can't believe there was ever an issue with my foundation to begin with. They did such a good job and cleaned up well behind them that i had to look to find the repair. I will definitely recommend them to people in the future.

The team with team leader Daniel , called in advance talked w me about what they were planning to do n even planned ahead for what the job required. They came he greeted me n then they went to work. His team of Travis n Dominque got the work done n gave me a high quality job. They took away the trash n really policed the area for sharp items that could puncture my tires. My overall experience w Tarheel Basewent far exceeded my expectations, great having them here.

From the start of the initial estimate Tarheel was easy to work with. Ian and Daniel were the two guys who came to work on my crawl space and they were amazing. Tar Heel basement systems goes over and beyond their obligations to satisfy their customers even several years past. They came out and retaped some of the seams in the vapor barrier and cleaned the barrier where some water had pooled. I highly recommend them and their service technician (Jacob ) went over and beyond his duties to satisfy me as a customer. He readjusted my dehumidifier to the proper settings. Get them to help you! You won’t regret it! Superior service!

Tar Heel is a great company to work with from start to finish. Jamie came out for the initial inspection and estimate. I was very impressed with his knowledge. Later, when I had some unexpected expenses, he was able to modify the project to fit within my revised budget. The finished project was perfect. The workers were punctual, efficient, and neat. They explained everything before leaving and were very pleasant. And my basement has stayed dry! I would recommend Tar Heel for any basement project.

Nyles walked me through all the work they were going to do, he clearly explained it and was very patient with me, and all my questions; even as I crawled around their work space, they took the time to answer all of my questions. As an artisan I can tell when someone has done good, mediocre or bad work. Even if you don't know the work itself, you can tell by how the work is being performed, executed and completed; the detail and dedication to the work itself. Nyles, Jeff and Tyree, the "A Team", were Awesome!

Tar Heel Basement Systems is a great company! Of course we all know a company is only as good as the people who represent it. And I must say, Jagwon and Stanley who installed my basement system clearly are proud of their product and of their company. These two men arrived on time, were extremely polite and courteous, worked hard and very fast to give me (the client) the best job possible. Jagmon spent the necessary time with me to answer all my questions and kept me in the loop so I knew what all the steps were and why they were important. My only regret is I only have one basement to do. But you can bet I will be telling my friends and neighbors where they must go for solving their basement issues…Tar Heel Basement Systems!

Our front porch stairs had sunk considerably causing the last step up to our house to be too high and tripping people all the time! We found Target Basement Systems and they got it fixed within a week. There work was precise and attention to detail excellent. We were very pleased with how quickly they scheduled our repair (the next week). They showed up exactly as promised and it looks great. You can’t even tell it was repaired. I highly recommend Roswin S, Justin H and Chris A. Only regret is not finding them sooner.

These guys did an amazing job to my crawlspace. Austin Moody, John Noyola, Roy Ruiz, Johnathan Ruiz great team of guys! In and out in, they hustled and busted their tails to get the job done. Looks amazing under there now. Hardly knew they guys were here, weren't too loud and cleaned up the mess very well.
