Nick Perfetti, the foreman, was outstanding from the very beginning. He took the time to thoroughly explain the scope of the project, what to expect during installation, and answered all of my questions before work began. After the job was completed, he walked me through the finished work in detail, ensuring everything was done correctly and that I was fully comfortable with the results. His knowledge and attention to detail truly stood out. Jordan Bumpers, the co-foreman, played a key role in keeping the project running smoothly. He was professional, organized, and clearly experienced, making sure the installation was done properly and efficiently. Tar Heel Basement Systems is a great company! Of course we all know a company is only as good as the people who represent it. And I must say, Jagwon and Stanley who installed my basement system clearly are proud of their product and of their company. These two men arrived on time, were extremely polite and courteous, worked hard and very fast to give me (the client) the best job possible. Jagmon spent the necessary time with me to answer all my questions and kept me in the loop so I knew what all the steps were and why they were important. My only regret is I only have one basement to do. But you can bet I will be telling my friends and neighbors where they must go for solving their basement issues…Tar Heel Basement Systems!

We had the crawlspace encapsulated and a dehumidifier installed a few months ago. The crew did a great job. Very neat, and very professional. Today Joel came out to answer a question I had about the dehumidifier. He answered my question, AND did a full reinspection of the space and equipment, just to make sure everything was right! Like everyone else we've worked with at Groundworks, Joel was very professional, and friendly. He communicated his plan for the visit, and went over the results. Overall, a great experience!
