I recently had Ground Works out to do a full crawl space encapsulation, install a dehumidifier and sump pump. The team of Sam, Josh and Kim were amazing. The care they took, answered Any and all questions I had, and in the end, the finished results were exactly what was promised. Great job Sam, Josh and Kim! I would recommend Ground Works to anyone having need for a similar solution.

We recently had an encapsulation of our crawlspace. We called Tarheel Basement and John Reavis came out to assess our needs. John was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He offered solutions to our problem without any pressure to buy. After meeting with John we knew that this was the company that we wanted to do business with. Brian Carey along with Leo and Stephon were scheduled to do our crawlspace encapsulation. They showed up on time and Brian went over the work details for each day. These hardworking guys did a great job for us. We couldn’t be happier with the results. It looks amazing. Eric Townsend also came out to go over the installed equipment. These were a great group of people who provided excellent customer service. We are so glad that we chose Tarheel Basement of Winston Salem.

We heard about Tarheel Basement Systems through some local radio advertisements on 2 Guys Named Chris – called and met with a very knowledgeable company representative. We decided to get some much needed basement/crawl space work done and are very happy with the finished result. The number one thing we have noticed besides the dry basement is that our air quality inside our house is so much better. That alone was worth having the work done, not having to worry about moisture and mold are just added benefits. Thank you, the process from start to finish was very smooth and the crew was very professional and did a wonderful job!

From the annual inspection, Nick suggested we consider adding foundation wall insulation in the crawlspace as we did not have any under the flooring and we did have this on our list to check into. He was professional and thorough. Now the hard part, the install…team was lead by Nestor Bautista and they were on time, explained/showed exactly what they would do and how. They were all friendly, professional, cleaned up completely and finished a bit quicker than expected. Nestor then walked us through the install and provided pictures of all the crawl space areas. Now the payoff, felt almost immediately warmer in den area and am sure this will provide more efficient HVAC for us. We are a Tarheel customer for over 8 years now, from Stephen Peterson to their regular service techs, Nick Harmon, to their install teams…we will be a customer for life.

Brian and John was so professional, crawl space looks so much better, and they cleaned up their scrap. I'm anxious for a damp free crawl space. Robert and Steven, James and Brandon all did a very good job with the basement waterproofing. Everything looks so good and they cleaned their scrap too. Can't wait for a damp free basement. Seth Brown, the inspector that gave us the quote was very nice too. I recommend Tar Heel Basement to anybody. Their staff is great.

My husband and I purchased a home only to find out after we closed that was literally falling down around us. After calling several companies and being told it was beyond the scope of what they could handle, we found Tar Heel. If I had only known then what I know now I would have saved myself so much time and stress and called Tar Heel FIRST. Paul, who came out originally, the Structural Engineer Bobbie and Ronnie the Project Manager were able to put a plan together to save our home. They genuinely treated our home like their own. The Foreman Gary Hacker and his Technicians Sam Jarvis and Dalton Brown who came out to do the work (along with Cory and Axel) were professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. My home will be able to stand for another hundred years because of their work. Thank you, Tar Heel.
