Big big shout out to the guys who came and did all the work under my house, they didn’t complain or fuss the entire four days they were here, job was done professionally and in a very timely manner, highly highly recommend this company for any kind of work you need done on your basement/crawlspace. By far not the cheapest option but the quality of work and craftsmanship stand out in there employees and the work they provide. Gary Hacker, Nester Bautista, and Axel Perez all deserve a raise!

We recently had an encapsulation of our crawlspace. We called Tarheel Basement and John Reavis came out to assess our needs. John was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He offered solutions to our problem without any pressure to buy. After meeting with John we knew that this was the company that we wanted to do business with. Brian Carey along with Leo and Stephon were scheduled to do our crawlspace encapsulation. They showed up on time and Brian went over the work details for each day. These hardworking guys did a great job for us. We couldn’t be happier with the results. It looks amazing. Eric Townsend also came out to go over the installed equipment. These were a great group of people who provided excellent customer service. We are so glad that we chose Tarheel Basement of Winston Salem.

Thoroughly impressed from start to finish! It took 6 weeks to get the installation appointment (post hurricane) but we received texts periodically during that time confirming our appointment. Was nice to know we hadn’t been forgotten about! JACOB C and TERRENCE A did an exceptional job!!! They were on time, professional, polite, honest, knowledgeable and kept us informed of the progress throughout the day. Job was started on 12/23 and completed early the next morning on 12/24; you would have never known they were working just before Christmas – their attitude was GREAT! Restoworx did a fantastic job with mold remediation. JOHN D. did our inspection and walked us through the purchasing process. He was honest, professional and fantastic to work with! All in all – EVERYONE was great to work with. Our crawlspace looks amazing! I’m not afraid to go under the house any more. Professional, courteous and prompt. We will definitely call Tarheel for any future needs!!

Groundworks/Tar Heel Basements took care of the problem that we had efficiently and effectively. The techs who did the work at our home were Matthew Mounts, Taylore Dennis & Brian Franklin.
