Tar Heel is a great company to work with from start to finish. Jamie came out for the initial inspection and estimate. I was very impressed with his knowledge. Later, when I had some unexpected expenses, he was able to modify the project to fit within my revised budget. The finished project was perfect. The workers were punctual, efficient, and neat. So far so good with our basement gutters and sump pump that were installed December 2024. Fingers crossed we don't have anymore flooding!! We just had our yearly maintenance and inspection visit for our basement gutter system. The technician, Devin Hunt, was great! He was very thorough, professional, and polite, even calling me the day before our appointment to ask me in advance if I have any concerns or issues with the system.

We have a house that was built in the 50s that was needing some basement work. I contacted Tarheel Basements systems Rob the estimator crawled under the house. Did a very thorough inspection. A total encapsulation was performed and a dehumidifier was installed by Tae, Edwin and James.  we are very happy with all the work performed and would highly recommend Tarheel Basements systems.
