Photo Album: Pfafftown, NC - Country Crawlspace Drained, Encapsulated and Dehumidified

Album Description

Homeowner Chlories noticed that leaking in her crawlspace had actually drained into her basement, resulting in pooling, muddy water. She saw Tarheel Basement Systems' commercial on TV and decided to give us a call. System designs specialist Craig Sechrist visited the property, inspected the problem and recommended a complete CrawlSeal encapsulation system. Foreman Matt Johnson and his crew installed 880 square feet of CrawlSeal vapor barrier, 129 feet of CrawlDrain to drain any leaking water, Tar Heel dehumidifier and a SafeDri triple sump pump. The vents were also sealed and and the piers were wrapped to ensure a seamless fit and decrease any air flow.
